Job Description
Support the training needs of Centricity Practice Solution 2006 (CPS) and other third party software packages. Training will also include other applications and systems sold by triPRACTIX. Initiates the activities required to implement and sustain CPS and other third party software systems. The Implementation Specialist will work directly with the client’s implementation personnel to answer questions, set expectations, plan, and implement complete solutions. Consults on process evaluations, workflow redesign efforts, and coordinates content customization. Delivers training to users on-site and provides go-live support.
- Provide onsite, computer based training (Secure Meeting), or triPRACTIX HQ customer focused training to all levels of office personnel throughout the United States.
- Use best practice methodology when implementing and training each client
- Assist with development and improvement of training process and tools.
- Meet with client implementation team to ensure content and workflow needs are met including action and follow-up items from previous visits or training sessions.
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks required.
- Experience with MS Office required
- Knowledge of GE Centricity Practice Solution preferred.
- Travel is required for this position
