I have been part of the Healthcare IT community for over 15 years, serving in multiple roles including Field Service Engineer, Application Specialist, System Research & Design Engineer, IT Consultant, Project Manager, and my current title of Business Systems Analyst. In addition to my extensive on the job experience, I hold an Associates of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Communication.

As Business Systems Analyst, I use my experience to diagnose and resolve the more challenging IT issues, especially those that involve disparate systems. I also provide internal support and training for business applications.
