Hello! My name is Ronica Hodge and I am a triPRACTIX Implementation Specialist.
My main focus here at triPRACTIX is to provide First Class implementation and training of GE’s Centricity’s Practice Management software to our clients. Another great responsibility that I have been given is to facilitate Customer Service training to all triPRACTIX team members. This is another one of my strong passions in life and I hope to demonstrate this with every interaction.
Professional Experience / Education:- Over 9 years combined of vast experience in Training, Customer Service, Supervision and Human Resources experience.
- My College education was geared towards a Nursing career
- Certificates/completions in Stephen R. Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Covey’s 7 Habits for Managers, OSHA training, and CPR/AED/First Aid Certified through the American Heart Association.
- Hometown: Royal Center, IN
- Enjoy visiting friendly cities like, “Little Nashville” – Brown County to take me back to those good “hometown” memories.
