My name is Ronica Hodge and I am a Trainer/Implementation Specialist here at triPRACTIX.
One of my main focuses is to provide First Class implementation and training on GE’s Centricity’s Practice Management software to our Healthcare clients. Another responsibility that I have been given is to facilitate Customer Service training to all triPRACTIX staff members. This is one of my strong passions in life and I hope to demonstrate this with every interaction.

- Over 9 years combined of vast experience in Corporate Training, Customer Service, Supervision and Human Resources
- My college education was geared and focused towards the medical field/nursing
- Certificates from Stephen R. Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Covey’s 7 Habits for Managers, OSHA training, and CPR/AED/First Aid Certified through the American Heart Association.
