Hi, my name is Jim Hale and I am the Director of Operations. My responsibilities include financial operations, human resource management, facilities management, and our technical helpdesk. Most importantly, I’m responsible for many of our customer service initiatives. Our customer service is our foundation for success and I really enjoy our relationships we have established with our clients. I take a great deal of pride in knowing I work for an innovative and talented company. I’m pleased to lead an exceptionally talented team into future growth.

I graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. I’m pleased to have stayed active with Ball State after graduation. My career has spanned the telecommunications, financial, and healthcare industries. I’m excited to bring my knowledge and experience to triPRACTIX! I’ve gained a great deal of knowledge in data center management, operations management, and technical support in my previous positions. I’m exited to apply my knowledge at triPRACTIX and support our growth opportunities.

Originally from New Haven, Indiana, I attended New Haven High School and then Ball State University. I have two sons that I am very proud of. Dylan and Ian and I spend every minute with them I can outside of work. The boys and I enjoy many outdoor activities together including fishing, camping, and bicycle rides. I’m very blessed to have them both!
