Before joining triPRACTIX I worked for a large Orthopaedics practice for twenty nine years. As a member of their I/T and practice management teams I maintained and worked with the Centricity PM. I spent the last four years implementing the product, maintaining administrative files and helping develop the office flow protocols to support “best practice” policies.

I chose to join the triPRACTIX support and training teams for the exciting challenges and opportunities that working in a company of their quality provides. My personal beliefs of strong ties to ones faith, family and friends are reflected within the structure of every member of this company. These qualities carry over in the way we address customer support and training.

Each day has been a new experience of learning and training opportunities through which I hope to be able to help other medical office utilize their practice software to the highest levels possible.
