Hello my name is Lacy Coburn and I joined the triPRACTIX support team in June, 2009 as an EMR Application Support Specialist. I am committed to making customer relationships successful and finding best practice solutions for our clients. Finally, the best part about this position is that our clients get to ask me questions and I get to answer them!

I have 11 yrs of customer support practice prior to joining triPRACTIX, 7.5 yrs in the IT field and 3.5 yrs in medical software. My past work experience enables me to troubleshoot quickly and have GREAT patience during technically difficult times. I’ve worked part-time towards attaining my B.S. in Information Technology and hope to finish my degree soon from IIT here in Fort Wayne.

I am a proud mom of an energetic son, Kaden, who enjoys Lego construction! My husband, Chris, and I currently reside in Albion, IN at Lower Long Lake where we love watching the surrounding wildlife and the relaxing amenities of lake life. I enjoy helping out with our church tech. team by creating our welcome center kiosk displays every week.
